Ashiatsu
This style of bodywork offers a wide firm pressure applied through the therapists feet. Using long, firm gliding motions to facilitate a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience. I incorporate myofascial release and craniosacral therapy into Ashiatsu sessions for a more integrated experience.
(Ideal for those who prefer deeper pressure)

Medical Massage
Massage covered by your health insurance. Available Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays at Free State Massage. I currently accept the following insurance plans (specific employer plans only.)

Movement & Dance Private Lessons
Membership
In-person or online. Receive personalized private movement, dance and somatic coaching. This may include exercises for injury rehab and prevention, movement for pain management, floor work pathways, contact improvisation or solo practice for deep listening and somatic integration.
